Andreas Thomopoulos was born on August 4, 1945 in Athens, Greece. He lived in London for some years studying at RADA and The London School of Film Technique. He has recorded several albums of his own songs and has written many songs for others, as well as TV and film scripts. He is also a film director who has directed docomentaries and dramas. His film “Dharma Blues” won best newcomer at Cannes. He lives in Athens.
