SEE countries have a busy schedule for the 69th Berlin International Film Festival.
Macedonian Film Agency is proudly presenting God exists, her name is Petrunya by Teona Strugar Mitevska which is selected for the Berlinale Competition and has a world premierein Berlin. Also, Macedonian actor Blagoj Veselinov is the official Macedonian nominee for the 2019 “Shooting Stars”, an initiative of the European Film Promotion and young Macedonian actress Sara Klimoska is part of this year’s Berlinale Talents.
Film Center Serbia will promote Stitches by Miroslav Terzic, produced by West End Production, I Was at Home, But... by Angela Schanelec and From Tomorrow On, I Will by Ivan Markovic, Linfeng Wu. Also, Serbian actor Milan Maric is the official Macedonian nominee for the 2019 “Shooting Stars”, an initiative of the European Film Promotion.
Bulgarian National Film Center located at Martin Gropius Bau, #G9 will promote The Magic Life of V. by Tonislav Hristov which will have a European premiere as part of Berlinale Generation.

Croatian Audiovisual Center is having a stand at Martin Gropius Bau (no.130). Feature films God Exists, Her Name is Petrunija and Stitches mentioned above are both Croatian minority coproductions. Within EFM it will organize market film screenings of Diary of Diana B. by Dana Budisavljevic, My Grandpa Is an Alien by Marina Andree Skop and Drazen Zarkovic and F20 by Arsen A. Ostojic.
Slovenian Film Centre will be located at 111 Martin Gropius Bau. God Exists, Her Name is Petrunija is also a minority Slovenian comproduction. Within EFM, it will organize screenings of both Diary of Diana B. by Dana Budisavljevic, My Grandpa Is an Alien by Marina Andree Skop and Drazen Zarkovic which are Slovenian minority coproductions and also for My Last Year as a Loser by Urša Menart; Erased by Miha Mazzini and Sing Me a Song by Miran Zupanič.
Also, the short film Can`t You See Them? - Repeat. by Clarissa Thieme, a Bosnian minority coproduction will compete for the Golden Bear, while Red Rubber Boots by Jasmila Zbanic will screen out of competition in Berlinale Shorts.
