Farid Eslam was born on May 27, 1977 in Mainz, Germany and grew up in and around Frankfurt. After graduating from high school Farid moved to Prague, Czech Republic. He is a graduate of FAMU, the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. His work as director includes many music videos and commercials. Lately his focus lies on documentaries.
