Kenan Bal was born in Ankara in 1950. He graduated from the Faculty of Science at Istanbul University.In 1978, he took part in the political environment. In the same year, Bal started performing in films. Since then, he has performed in many films and TV series. He is known for Çemberin disinda (2008), Pains of Autumn (2009) and Kaçiklik diplomasi (1998).
