Dimitar Nikolov was born on February 10th 1958, in Skopje, Macedonia. Graduated in 1980, at the University "Ss Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, Specialty, History of Art. Master degree 1996, at the Clingendael Institute in The Netherlands.
