Kristijan Milic was born on December 25, 1969 in Zagreb, Croatia. He graduated directing in 2001 from the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art. He has won numerous awards for his work, among which he has won Golden Arena for best director at Pula Film Festival in 2007 and 2014 for his feature films The Living And The Dead (2007) and Number 55 (2014).
