Zeljko Jovanovic was born on 16th of June 1966 in Požarevac. He acquired his film in the Cinema Club Požarevac, where he was later a guest instruc- tor for courses in Movie language and Elemen- tary technique of photography. In the period from 1984 until today, he was engaged in photography, cinematography, writing, directing and producing, both as an amateur and professionally. Today he works in the production company JOVANOVIĆ ART, where he is the founder and CEO. He is a recipient of the "Charter of Culture" from the Cultural and Educational Association of Požarevac.
