Canan Erguder was born on July 15, 1977 in Istanbul, Turkey. After graduating from Üsküdar American College, she went to the US at the age of 18 to study Sociology and Theater at Franklin and Marshall College. She then completed her Master′s degree in Acting at the Actors Studio Drama School of New School University. Canan Erguder is an actress, known for Behzat Ç.: Bir Ankara Polisiyesi (2010), Behzat Ç. - Seni kalbime gömdüm (2011) and Kurt (2014). She has been married to Christopher Burke since 2005.
