Burak Ozcivit was born on December 24, 1984 in Istanbul, Turkey. He is a Turkish actor and model. He has a BA degree and he is graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. In 2003, he was elected the Top Model of Turkey and he began working with Model Agencies. In 2005, he was chosen the second best model of the world and he took part in the most important fashion shows throughout the world. Then, he began his life of actor especially in Musallat (Impossible love). Özçivit’s acting career began with the television series Zoraki Koca, with Baba Ocağı. He then appeared with Küçük Sirlar in a show inspired by the series Gossip Girl, in the role of Çetin. He starred in Muhteşem Yüzyıl as Malkoçoğlu, in which he wore a moustache that has been often-copied in Turkey. Over time, Özçivit became a sought-after face for commercials. His last television series was Çalıkuşu, where he shared the lead with his current girlfriend, Fahriye Evcen.
