Barbara is an eight-year-old girl with pushy parents. As well as going to school, they sign her up for extra classes in mathematics, ballet, trombone, karate, tennis and Japanese. Nobody asks Barbara whether she really wants to do all these activities. One evening, as she is watching TV, she sees a commercial for the Correctional Facility for Parents, offering to teleport her ambitious parents to a prison where they will learn their lesson. Suddenly, Barbara finds herself in a topsyturvy world where anything is possible. But what will happen to her and her family? Will her parents realize what really makes a family happy and successful?
