Synopsis:

The film is a documentary with fiction elements. In every wandering in the external world one alwaysmeets bits and pieces of his own self. It is a poetic point of viewon today’s reality of Arcadia, which dies slowly, and at the same time it is Arcadia, the homeland of the director’s childhood.The director’s personal utopia, alongwith the images of the romantic poets,who dreamt of their own Arcadia in a positive, optimistic way at times, and at other times in a negative way. The wisdom though that flows from the presence and talk of a simple shepherd of today, and the power of some documentary pieces, shot by an immigrant in 1955, bring us back to a full of life Arcadia, pointing the tragic feeling of history andmemory.
